Football Stadiums

Probably the most famous football stadium there is, a visit to Old Trafford is surely going to be a must see for all football lovers. We also drop by Anfield for a photo stop in Liverpool

Day 1: We depart in the late evening and travel overnight on a comfortable executive coach. We make several stops for your refreshment.

Day 2: We arrive in Manchester in the Early morning after a stop for breakfast where you will have time to freshen up. We visit the modern centre, bustling with stylish boutiques and shopping centres. Later, there will be the option to see the impressive home of Manchester United, with a tour of the historic stadium and a chance to buy some souvenirs.Alternatively you can visit Salford Quays, with its magnificent museums, art galleries and waterfront shopping. In the evening our tour leader invites us to enjoy Manchester’s famous nightlife.

Day 3: After breakfast we travel to Liverpool. Our first stop is the Anglican Cathedral, the largest in Britain. We visit Liverpool Football Club, and places made famous by the songs of the Beatles, such as 'Penny Lane'. Later, there will be an opportunity to learn all about the UK's most successful band when we visit the award winning Beatles Story Exhibition, and the world renowned Cavern Club, where the Beatles started out. We depart Liverpool in the late afternoon for our journey home.
